Directions from Casco Bay/Portland Head Light (From South East): Approach from Portland Headlight, Proceed through the channel between Cushing Island and South Portland with South Portland on the Port Side. Keeping Bug Light and Green Can #5 to port proceed straight in. Compass heading should read roughly 315º NW. Arrive at the marina to the right of Ocean Gateway Terminal.

Directions from Falmouth (From the North East): Start with compass heading reading roughly 240º SW, proceed towards Portland, passing Mackworth Island on the starboard side and Great Diamond Island port side. As you continue you will pass Fort Gorges on the port side. Proceed roughly 270º W.  Arrive at the Marina on the Starboard side before you pass the Ocean Gateway Terminal.

Directions from South Portland/Old Port (From the West): Starting near or under the bridge to South Portland, continue traveling East through the channel with the Old Port on the Port side and South Portland on the starboard side. Arrive at the marina once you pass the metal walkway from Ocean Gateway Terminal.

If you have purchased a monthly pass through: Parking Portland Maine please note that you must swipe your card on the way in and out. If you manage to skip one, the system will think you are in when you are out or out when you are in which will lead to your vehicle being stuck in or out accordingly.

Monthly passes are activated on the day of purchase and automatically renew every 30 days until you discontinue the service. You must proactively log back in where you enrolled to cancel the service.

Hourly parking may be purchased at the kiosk as you enter the lot for $5/hr, $40 max/day. Insert your credit card upon entering the lot and then again on the way out, it must be the same card.

Instructions for your Taxi/Uber/delivery drivers on how to access the parking lot:

Go north on Commercial Street, with the water being on the right side of your vehicle.

Continue straight on to Thames Street. There will be the Portland Company building (back side of Twelve restaurant) on your right side and the Fullscope RMS and Sun Life building on your left, a tall building with glass windows. Continue straight until you get to a parking gate.

You can meet your driver right in the zone to the right of the parking lot just before the parking gate, or they can enter the lot, free of charge, if they will be here for less than 10 minutes.

If your driver enters the lot they will need to use the same card they used to enter, to exit.
